Spotlight on Stacey Schafer

I made this card for 2 chalenges on Splitcoaststampers and used Stacey Schafer (slschaf771) as my inspiration. One of the challenges was to use Twinkling H2O. It is sort of paint that has a shimmer to it. Very hard to catch on a photo but very pretty in real life.
