Spotlight on jaymerz

I saw this card on SCS from jaymerz http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1068434?cat=14766 and just loved it! Something about its simplicity that struck my eyes.
I am also including a link to her awesome blog on the right. Go check it out!!

So here is the card I made for the swap I am in with the mini catalog.
I haven't used silver embossing powder in a long time so this was a fun card to make. I love the SU's taffeta ribbon. It is so easy to work with.
Recipe: Stamps bySU! Season of Simple Grace (Holiday mini catalog)
Papers: Very Vanilla, Riding Hood Red
Ink: Versamark
Accessories:Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon, Silver Embossing Powder, Pop Dots

Thanks for stopping by and have a happy day tomorrow!

Your card is beautiful!! I love the embossing, I was going to emboss but for mass producing it was to much work (lol). I am loving that red taffeta!!

WOW, jacynthe! I made a card verrrry similar to this one myself today! I can't post it yet because it's a sample card for one of the challenges that I'm hostessing over at SNR. But maybe you can swing by on Saturday and check it out!

Great minds think alike, ya know! ;)
