Free Digis Friday- Christmas
Hello crafty friends! I am very excited about this week's free digis. That's right, more than one! I found the images at DZ Doodles. You can get them here for a limited time only. So hurry and grab them. While you're there, take a minute to thank them by leaving them a comment. It's the polite thing to do :)
Now, I saw a similar card somewhere so my idea for this card is not original but I can't find the card that inspired mine. I did a few searches on Splitcoaststampers but to no avail :( The other thing you'll notice is that the antlers aren't the same colour!!! Oh my heck! I need to pay more attention when I colour! Anyhoo, used Prismacolor Pencils again along with my Gamsol. Added a bit of glitter on his red nose and voilĂ !!
Thanks for stopping by and have a happy Saturday tomorrow!

Patriotic Paper Piecing
As we remember the terrorists' attacks of 9/11, we decided as a family to do something nice on this day. I believe that the best revenge is living well. So, we will try and be extra kind to those around us. After Church, we will go to our local Memorial park for 9/11 and deliver cookies to people who serve our country. I am a Canadian citizen but today, I believe we are all Americans fighting for freedom. I made this card to offer in thanks. I free hand drew the clouds, the house and the hills. Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a peaceful day.
