Many stampers call these cards "CAS". They are easy and quick to make. That's what I prefer! If it takes more than half hour to make a card, I'm out! I respect anyone who is willing to spend that much time on a card. It's just not me. So, here's another card I made while visiting my mom in Québec in September. A few of my aunts gathered together one afternoon and we all made some cards. Merci mes chères tantes pour un bel après midi :)

FTL113 or The Not So Perfect Card :)
Love this sketch! And I found out how hard it is to work with white embossing powder with teeny tiny letters. Hard not to make a mess. I decided to post my card anyway. When I do this card again, I'll stamp my sentiment differently. In the mean time, enjoy this not so perfect card. That way, when this happens to you, you won't feel alone with your not so perfect card :) I printed a calendar and punched the squares (1 1/4 inch), adhered the cute turtle on top with Pop Dots and voilà!!Quick and simple card! Thanks for stopping by and have a happy day!

Hello stampers!
Here's a super quick clean & simple card today. This week's sketch at SCS is to follow this sketch. I needed to make cards for my son who is serving an LDS mission in Italy. He needs a few thank you cards. Hence the "grazie" which means "thanks" in Italian. Of course I don't have a stamp with "grazie" so that's my hand writing. :) The stamped images are a sweet gift from my sweet friend Danielle. I'll be buying this set very soon because it is so cute!!
Thanks for stopping by and have a happy day!!

Happy World Card Making Day!
What a fun day! The web is full of card makers sharing their cards today and it is so fun!
Here's my contribution to the day. It started off with a mistake. The top of the rubber on my sentiemnt stamp left a mark! Argh!!! So, quick thinking (always short on time) I decided to add this cute little owl and use that little line over the sentiment as if that is the ground it is standing on. Made lemonade from lemons!!! Love it when that happens!
This weekend is also General Conference. Leaders of our Church (LDS) gather and speak to us about important subject such as faith in Jesus Christ, courage and hope. Love it!
Thanks for stopping by! Wishing everyone a wonderful happy weekend!
Supplies: Stamps by Hampton Art, SU! - Fetes Diverses ( 116253)
