FS164/ Spolight on Brandi Wiggins Côté

This week's featured stamper on SCS is Brandi Wiggins Côté.  She is an amazing stamper and best of all, she speaks French!  Here is the card that inspired mine.  I need to work on my water colouring skills  :)  I used water colour crayons.  The stamp set is new from SU! and will be available for purchase in April.

Papers: Lavendar lace, Watercolour paper.
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Soft Subtles Watercolour Crayons (106697), 1/4"  Grosgrain Black Ribbon ( 109027), Black Marker (100082), Pop Dots.
