Purr-fect BD!

Love this fun dollar stamp from Michael's.  Added a little Crystal Effect on the balloon.  This card took about 5 minutes.  Have a happy day!

Supplies: Stamp by Studio G.
Paper: Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black.
Accessories: Trendy Tape by Queen & Co, Crystal Effects, Markers, Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol
