Another "inchie" Card

Hello again stamping friends and thanks for stopping by!  Today's card is so simple.

First, cut up a 2 inches by 2 inches square.  Stamp your image in a light yellow colour (I used Crushed Curry), Then slightly stamp the stamp unto an orange colour (I used Dusty Durango) and lastly, gently stamp unto brown ink (Chocolate Chip).  Cut up your 2x2 square in 4 equal pieces.  Sponge edges with brown ink.  Mount with Pop Dots.  Place ribbon and stamp sentiment and you're done!!  Card measures 4 1/4 inches by 4 1/4 inches.

Supplies: Stamp set by SU! Autumn (retired)
Papers: Kraft and Whisper White.
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Dusty Durango and Crushed Curry.
Accessories: Chocolate Chip Twil Ribbon (retired), Pop Dots.

Have a great Sunday!

Mojo Monday Week 108

This was last week's sketch; just finally getting around posting it.  I needed a bridal shower card and the sketch worked out well with this image.

I used Liquid Appliqué on top of the flowers for some fun dimension and coloured them with pastels.

Supplies:Stamp set by SU! Big on Spring (retired)
Papers: by SU!- Certainly Celery, Kraft, Whisper White and Bashful Blue and Delicate Dots Designer Series (from SAB-retired )
Ink: Basic Gray.
Accessories: Bashful Blue Ribbon 1/2" Striped Grosgrain (110717), Liquid Appliqué, Stampin' Pastels (105542), Pop Dots and old button from my stash.

Liquid Appliqué can be found in any craft store.  You apply just small drops, heat them with heating tool and watch them "pop up".  I then applied the pastels with a cotton swab.  Very easy and simple.

Spotlight on Michelle Zindorf

Again, I must post this card very quickly as I have a bunch of errands to run before school gets out but I wanted to show this card inspired by Michelle.  We will make this one tonight at the Open House.  I'll add details later tonight and a link to Michelle's card and blog.

OK, back as promised.  Here is Michelle's card.  She even included a tutorial for this card.  Very easy and fun to make.  Michelle is truly an artist with the brayer.  You really should take sometime and check out her blog.  I am incuding a link on my list.
My card is a little different as I had to use different colours than Michelle.  I don't have Apricot Appeal or Pumpkin Pie.  Had to use Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango.
